Lahore – In a dramatic and record-setting finale at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore Qalandars claimed their third Pakistan Super League (PSL) title after defeating Quetta Gladiators by six wickets in the PSL 10 final. With a target of 202, the Qalandars completed the chase with just one ball to spare, marking the highest-ever successful run chase in a PSL or any T20 final.
🚀 Perera, Raza Seal Historic Chase
Kusal Perera, who was later named Player of the Match, played a match-winning knock of 62 off 31 balls*, while Sikandar Raza, despite jetlag, scored 22 off just 7 deliveries*, including a match-finishing six and four with 8 needed off the final three balls.

“At that time, we had to take risk, and it paid off. Me and Raza calculated and assessed the situation and Raza played a big part,” – Kusal Perera
Raza, who had just landed in Pakistan ten minutes before the toss, showed composure under pressure and delivered when it mattered the most.

🏏 Innings Recap: Qalandars’ Chase
- Fakhar Zaman fell early for 11.
- Mohammad Naeem (46 off 27) and Abdullah Shafique (41 off 28) provided a solid foundation.
- After a few quick wickets, Perera and Rajapaksa steadied the innings with a 30-run stand.
- The unbeaten 59-run partnership between Perera and Raza guided Lahore to victory.

🧨 Quetta’s 201 Wasn’t Enough
Earlier in the evening, Quetta Gladiators posted 201/9, powered by Hasan Nawaz’s 76 off 43 balls and a late 28 off 8 cameo by Faheem Ashraf.
- Shaheen Afridi took 3 wickets, earning him the Bowler of the Tournament award.
- Haris Rauf and Salman Mirza took two wickets each.
- Sikandar Raza and Rishad Hossain contributed with one wicket each.
Despite the loss, captain Saud Shakeel praised the team:
